OUR MISSION

We are a church that desires for everyone to live a transformational, relational and intentional life through loving God, loving people and continuing Jesus’s mission of making disciples who love God and love people. We are a community who gathers for worship, grows as disciples, and goes out to serve and preach the gospel.

TRANSFORMATIONAL LIVING

When we pray to receive Jesus as our Savior, we are born again to have an eternal life with God. We live transformationally with the help of the Holy Spirit to become more like Jesus.

2 Corinthians 3:18 - “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”

Romans 12:2 - “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing, and perfect will.”

RELATIONAL LIVING

We are created to be in a relationship with God and people. Relationships are integral to the mission of God's church. We live relationally by loving God and loving people.

Romans 12:5-10 - “So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.”

1 Corinthians 12:12-17 - “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many. Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be?”

INTENTIONAL LIVING

God created us to live with purpose and deliberately with aim or plan while loving, pleasing, and glorifying God. Intentional living points us toward the path of God's will and prepares us for the coming of our King Jesus.

Romans 8:28 - “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Ephesians 2:10 - “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
